David’s accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury caused by any prizes won.
The judges decision is final who reserves the right in absolute discretion to disqualify any entry, competitor, or nominee, add to, or waive any rules, or to cancel the whole or part of any competition, game or promotion at any stage without prior notification.
In any event of more than one correct entry being received where appropriate the judge's decision on the tie-breaker questions will decide the winner(s) of any competition, game or promotion.
