Our NEXT DAY Delivery* with FEDEX UK service is fast and FREE for orders over £50.00
We continue to heavily subsidise postage, packing and insurance making it a reasonable £2.95 per order. There is a £2.00 supplement for orders under £15. Our appointed carrier is Fedex UK.
Our NEXT DAY delivery service ensures that orders to most mainland areas of the UK ( received before 1pm) are promptly dispatched and are usually scheduled for delivery to you next working day. ( ie Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays) but for northern Scottish postcodes ( see list below) delivery will take longer.
During exceptional busy periods or when an item is out of stock , we reserve the right to extend this delivery period. We will inform you by e-mail if we do this.Where a parcel weighs less than 2kg, we reserve the right to send the order by Royal Mail standard parcel which may take 2-3 days delivery time.
For example: An order placed by 1pm on a Monday for a UK Mainland address ,will usually be dispatched the same day and is scheduled to be delivered to you on Tuesday. Orders to the Northern Scotland & Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands may take up to 5 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for livefood products being delivered direct from the manufacturer ( ie Mealworms). Our appointed carrier for Livefood is usually Royal Mail.
